We’re excited to offer a Media Day for the team. Below is an overview of what each athlete will receive and how payment works.

What Each Athlete Receives

• Three individual posed photos

• One group or team photo (a small group photo with friends counts as the included group image)

Total delivered images: four (4) professionally edited digital files per athlete

Optional Add-Ons

• Full team photo (available for purchase if the included group image is used for a small group rather than the full team)

• Individual banners or additional products (details provided separately, unless otherwise agreed upon)

Payment

• Payment is due on the day of the photoshoot unless prepaid in advance

• Prepay options are available by Square invoice

• On-site payments are processed via Square, which accepts all major credit and debit cards

• PayPal is also available

Important Notes

• All participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to being photographed

• Photos are delivered digitally after the session

• Participation and payment coordination is handled through the team organizer
